More Healthy foods and supplements

Here is more items for you to look into, research and if you feel led by The Lord to try!

1.) Sprouts-
Sprouts are the seedlings that come from different types of plants and seeds the most popular are bean sprouts, but sprouts can be in almost any vegetable family.
our favorite at the moment are broccoli sprouts and lettuce sprouts.
our Dad is really enjoying sunflower seed sprouts.
Making sprouts is pretty easy you can get a ball jar and add (for the smaller jars go with 1/2 tsp for your first few tries as it can go bad easily if it doesn't have enough air to circulate.You can get a sprouting lid or you can get mesh and wrap a rubber band around.
We went the simple way and went on eBay and bought a sprouting lid you can get 2 for under $7 for the pint size, you can get 1 quart the larger ball jar sprouting lid for less than $10.
you can get the Organic (be sure they are organic) sprouting seeds from eBay or different sites.
they can run on average $4-$5 for 3-4 oz of seeds.

The Great things about sprouts is you can get up to 10x or more the nutrient content from the sprouts than you can from the full grown vegetables.

John Hopkins university has found that eating Broccoli sprouts has anti cancer and cancer reversing properties!
All health and disease starts from nutrition or lack of it! Mainly Minerals!

2). Manuka honey -
We know that Raw unfiltered Honey is Full of Antibacterial and immune boosting properties, and A Wide range of Minerals and crucial vitamins, but Manuka Honey has up to 4 times the nutrients. Something else that Manuka honey has that all good raw honeys have except Manuka honey has in higher amounts is Naturally occurring Hydrogen peroxide which gives it, its antibacterial property.
thats why its good to put on cuts and burns just like you would put hydrogen peroxide to clean a cut the thing is this also has healing properties that regular hydrogen peroxide you get at the drug store doesn't have as its natural.

Manuka Honey has a UMF rating on all of them
UMF stands for Unique Manuka Factor

The UMF rates how much enzymes and hydrogen peroxide (naturally occurring) is in the specific bottle of Manuka honey.

You should start with a lower UMF rating as your body has to get used to the higher amounts of antibacterial or you can go through a strong die off effect.

I would recommend doing UMF 5 or 10 and start with 1/4 tsp 2 times a day and work your way up from there and if you desire to as you get ok with them you can get higher UMF but the higher the UMF the higher the price is also but also the stronger the benefits can be.

4). Surf sweets-
Something my mom struggled with in the beginning was finding my brother some sweets he could have with out corn syrup, soy and other allergens and Surf sweets is one of the first she found and has been a Blessing in our house hold.
Some of our favorites are

4).Sprouts Brand Rice Krispy Treats-
Rice Krispy treats were a Great treat for me and a memory as a kid but with all the ingredients they add now days you have to find an alternative and these ones are awesome they even have a cocoa Rice Krispy and they are delicious!
They are only sold at sprouts market. they are Gluten, soy, dairy and egg free.
They have regular vanilla and cocoa.


5)Enjoy life Chocolate bars-
If you have anyone like my family members who really Enjoy chocolate but do not enjoy how they feel after they eat "regular" candy from the store.

they are so good they have rice crispy interior.

They have a Rice "Milk chocolate"
and a Dark chocolate.


They have been a staple and Blessing in our family for times for sweet treats.

Food For Healthy Thought and Body: a List of Allergy free Foods 1-5

Hi Everyone,
Back again sorry we haven't been posting had some health issues but The Lord is Ever Faithful to sustain, bring healing and restoration and Comfort!

This post is going to be one of many sharing a lot of our Allergy friendly and Healthy food and product alternatives. Not ours as we don't make them but our recommendations :) because we have tried and use them on a daily basis in our family.

we will not only be sharing food but other house hold and personal care products to try and help you.

Please if you or any of your loved ones have any allergies to foods or chemicals before you purchase any of these please do a careful research and review of their ingredients.

We also would like to mention that if you remember reading back a few blog posts we talked about How awesome Colloidal silver is, but the only down side is it can run a highish price tag if you purchase and use it daily,yes it is worth it but we have found a way to make it Without needing Fancy equipment all you need to buy is two ingredients and it can last you 6+ months or longer depending on how much you get.

ok here we go here is a list of just some of the foods and products we enjoy and use on a daily or weekly basis!


1). Vegenaise-
If any of you have had issues or allergies to dairy, eggs, soy and more and used to really enjoy eating mayonnaise I feel your pain,but we have found by The guiding of The Lord a Soy free (it is the pastel Green top and says Soy Free) Dairy free mayonnaise that tastes just like regular mayonnaise without all the junk added!
Now you can eat all your foods and meals that you once enjoyed with mayonnaise using this truly awesome product!

They carry it at Wholefoods and Sprouts.
They have a small jar and large jars, some stores only carry the smaller jars so you should ask them to stock the larger jars once you have tried it and know that you like it !

2) BFree Bread-
Going Gluten free is tough enough as it is am I right? now days nearly everything has gluten in it, even hidden and reworded.
Bread has been the toughest product to find gluten free, don't get me wrong there are many Gluten free breads on the market but they sadly have been majority of them hard and only good if your toasting them.
Be Free bread we found at a local Ralphs or kroger store it is Delicious and the seed one is awesome they have a plain "white" and Brown seeded bread, they have other Delicious products like little buns that if you cut in half you can use as small hamburger buns, they have Wraps and more!

3) Earth Balance Coconut Spread- (coconut butter like Real Butter)
If you are like my family and me and having Dairy issues caused you to have to stay away from butter which you really enjoyed... This Awesome little product really makes a difference!
you use it in place of Butter and O my goodness is it Delicious!

You should give it a try. It doesn't have the allergens that are most common, but if you have an issue with coconut please do not try!

*Mini Recipe*

You can use on the gluten free bread we shared above Bfree and use it to spread on once side of two slices of bread and use some Go Veggie cheese (we will talk about that next) and put it on a skillet and make yourself or your family a grilled Cheese Sandwich without worrying about it having toxic to your health ingredients.

4) Go Veggie Cheese-
Finding a dairy, soy and gluten Cheese Alternative can be difficult, and finding one that well tastes not only good but like cheese and then seeing if it will melt like cheese.
Remember nothing will be exactly like cheese except well Cheese, but this one comes really close!
It tastes just like cheese and has the texture and melts the best that we have found!
It's Delicious!!!!
We have enjoyed home made Pizza's, Grilled Cheeses (Recipe mentioned above), and used to melt on top of beans, or top on tacos (if you would like a easy and delicious allergy free taco and pizza recipe please let us know in the comments! :)

Go Veggie has many different cheeses make sure you go to the "Vegan" ones for the versions that we are mentioning that are soy free, Dairy free, and more as they have one that is called lactose and soy free but it still does contain milk but they removed the lactose, but we rather no milk at all in it so the vegan line is for us! Thank God for them making a variety of lines!

Mozzarella, American, cheddar and pepper jack.

5) So Delicious brand-

Ok this time I'm not going to mention any one specific product I'm mentioning a entire brand!
This is one of our go to brands that we enjoy.
some of their products that we really enjoy are their

So Delicious coconut yogurt with delicious flavors we enjoy the Blueberry, vanilla, raspberry and strawberry.

so delicious Coffee Creamer- if you are a coffee drinker but are dairy free for various reasons either lactose issues or allergies finding a creamer can be difficult but so delicious Hazelnut and french vanilla make your coffee so creamy and delicious you forget it is dairy free! our family really enjoys it!

So delicious Dairy free milks we use the coconut milk and Almond milk.

So Delicious Soy free and Dairy free Ice Cream - they have too many flavors for me to fully share here but some of our favorites are Vanilla bean, cookie dough, Oregon mixed berry, min chip and more
they also have ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches! Truly this line has made going allergy friendly for my sibling much easier as a teen!

Another Note about the Ice cream.. They even have some that have No sugar added so for the people who have to watch their blood sugar they too can enjoy a treat along with you and they taste good just as the ones with added cane sugars.

This will be a continuing list we have so many items to share we don't want to over whelm  you.
Also I wanted to know is there any type of food or allergy free product that you are looking for or would like us to give you a suggestion on like for example Noodles, nut free butters, gummy bears, candy etc..

Know you can eat a Delicious diet you don't have to miss out you just need to look a little harder at first and once you find something you can have then you know!
That is why we are bringing you this blog and list to share with you things we have found and things you may not know exist so you too can enjoy foods again that you haven't had in years or ever had and see your child who has had to eat a very limited diet add delicious foods that won't make them have negative effects what Joy you will bring to your heart and theirs knowing you are giving them options and showing them they can eat a good diet and find alternatives to things they like (Plus all these that we are recommending are Healthier then the rest! so we are Thankful we had issues with certain foods because God used it to make us realize how unhealthy we were eating as a family and showed us Healthy options as we transitioned and continue to transition to a healthier life style as it isn't a Diet as in you do temporary this is a life style change and you will be glad you did and your body will thank you for it!

Please though Make sure to Eat A Lot of leafy greens and fruits and vegetables That is what The Good Lord intended us to eat in the beginning we need to at least add a lot more of it in our lifestyle!
Juice and make smoothies with it and add the pulp back from the juicer into the smoothies and bake with the pulp like from the carrots etc. and if you don't at least compost it! let us enjoy The Sweet Treats from The Garden! Apples And Carrots!
