Natural supplements and alternatives to help with pain

Hi all
We have tried many supplements and topical products to help with pain and these are a few of the ones that we have found to help, some help more then others!



2) Magnesium oil
Many people are deficient in magnesium ( one of the main reasons people crave Chocolate (besides that it tastes good) is that they are deficient in magnesium and magnesium deficiency can cause a lot of symptoms including pain and cramps and getting it through the largest organ God gave us, our skin is another way to combat that deficiency and helps with pain if you put it on where the pain is!

3) Natures inventory Pain relief Gel-
It has natural oils and it Really does help with many types of pain!
It helped my dad with a toe injury that no other pain remedy helped! Praise God!

4) Something Called Gaba Mag that you can only get through one pharmacy the only thing is now they require a prescription even though its all natural.. I don't understand it, but it really works, and if you are able to get the prescription it might be worth it for you!
Saved one of our family members from agonizing lung pain! Also helped someone I know with severe ankle pain as he has screws in his ankles and would hurt during winter time I sent him some before they required a prescription I ordered samples of it and sent one to Him and he said that it helped more than even pain medicine.

5) magnesium tablets
When you have a charlie horse or a cramp taking 2 (250 mg ) of magnesium and chewing them letting them sit in your mouth to absorb through sublingually (your mouth absorbers) and acts quick like a I.v so you're not in pain waiting for your body to break down the magnesium and kick in.
with taking it this way instead of getting relief in 10-20 minutes or more it begins affecting in a minute or two ( seriously I have had it happen to me many times as well as close family members) something to also do if your having multiple muscle cramps a day, week or even month make sure you are getting enough potassium in your diet, the muscle cramp isn't due to a magnesium deficiency mainly its due to a potassium deficiency the magnesium which is a relaxing mineral just helps it Praise God! So take more potassium if your able
 (please check with your doctor before adding anything extra or in higher doses if your on medication or health is challenged)






1) if you notice we skipped #1 we wanted to leave it to tell you and remind you that The Greatest relief we have found from pain and from all other symptoms or ailments is Prayer and Trusting in The Lord if you Pray and put your trust in Him He will always come through for you, remember that by Jesus stripes we Are healed it is just a matter of us learning how to receive that healing, something I am still learning to do :) Pray for wisdom and understanding as well as relief and God will be Faithful to grant you your hearts desires if we just Trust and Believe in Him and His word as Truth!
