At times we don't understand but God won't let us down either way.

At times we get upset and don't understand why things happen, we don't know why God allowed us to Fall back and you got a little bruised, but what you didn't see is the bullet that was coming for you. And though you got bruised you will make it through. And be stronger from it. But the bullet that God protected you from, you wouldn't have been to recover from..God protects you and us in ways we may not yet understand. But one day we will see all that God spared us from and if we hold on to His hand and try to follow His plan we also will see and not only that, but receive the victory that is not ours alone but we receive because of Christ Jesus inside us daily. He has the victory. He is the victory. He is our Victory!

muscle cramps mineral deficiency and charlie horses

If you suffer from painful muscle cramps or charlie horses it is a sign that you are mineral deficient

Taking Magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate and putting in your mouth letting dissolve will reduce the cramp and even stop it quicker than not.
